Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments through:

- Nexi XPay payment gateway
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections. Your card details are never stored on our systems.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your transfer. Once the booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund
- Less than 48 hours before pickup: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Refunds
Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Changes & Modifications
Changes to bookings must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Delays
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals. In case of delays, pickup times are adjusted accordingly at no extra cost.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
