Changes to bookings must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time and are subject to availability.

• Less than 48 hours before pickup: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals. In case of delays, pickup times are adjusted accordingly at no extra cost.
